How could I add a small fee to my paypal form?

Hi I would like to add a small shipping fee to the total cost of the order, before the customer clicks on the BUY NOW button. Currently I am able to add shipping fees for each different product. But I just want to add shipping fee for the entire order, not a single product.

You can just add the Shipping Fee in your Paypal account itself. So that, every time your paypal form is used, there will be a shipping fee payment included for the total purchase.
