I added the PayPal coding to the custom css. Why doesn't it show on preview?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

I did check the only form you have in your account and it seems you have not added any payment question yet. I also checked the injected css code and it seems you tried to add the PayPal code there. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that in "Inject Custom CSS" textbox, you need to only add custom css code. Any other code will be stripped.

You should add a "Text" field in your form and add your PayPal custom html code there. Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that adding script code is restricted and you should only add HTML codes.
