My account was disabled

    Hello,

    I'm checking on why my free account was disabled. I am a sub-user of the account TuneGenie and  I have 0 submissions and 0 upload space used. Can you restore my account.

    Hi,

    I checked into the accounts "TuneGenie" and "ksm2g everything is fine with both.  Neither have been suspended or are close to going over any limits.    If you are still having problems with either account please let us know and we will be happy to look into it further.

    Thanks David,

    We just upgraded to the pay version, so maybe you checked after we upgraded. But prior to, our account was disabled. One question:

    On the free version, Is it true that we're able to delete/remove uploaded files, as to stay under the 1gb space threshold? I ask because even though I removed the uploaded files, our account did not lower in the amount of space we had used.

    Hi,

    Our limits are not storage limits they are bandwidth limits.  So a 500mb upload will count towards 500mb of your monthly data usage whether the file is retained or not.  Deleting them will not lower your usage unfortunately.  If there is anything else we can help you with please let us know and will be happy to do so.
