    Hello minitreats,

There is no security issue with your form.

I did check your form in my iPhone and I was able to replicate the issue you are having. The form does not gets displayed in mobile but works fine in my laptop.

I would suggest you to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem. The following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I suggest adding the Mobile Responsive Widget into your form

and then afterwards get the Iframe embed code again and re-embed the form.

The mobile responsive widget should take care of the responsiveness of the form when it is being browse on mobile devices.

Getting again the iframe code to re-embed the form should make sure that the other parameters of the iframe code are properly set on the new form.

Hope this help. Inform us if there are still issue.

    Thanks!

    Hello Ali,

I did check your form in my iPhone and also on my desktop and I do not see any issue with your form or web page. Your form does appear in desktop and iPhone correctly. I was able to successfully submit your form as well from my iPhone device.

Do you mean to say that when you submit your form, you get the captcha field? I would suggest you to please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to help us replicate the issue. What information do you input in fields which causes the captcha field to appear after the form is submitted.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

I attach the screenshot above. No its not when the form is filled than the captcha appear. When i open the form link than this captcha appears...way before form is filled. Once we fill the captcha, the page is directed to the form

So this security check appears on most of my customers (all are located in Pakistan). So can this be a geographical issue?

What can be the possible issue?

Yes, the Security Check is added as part of CloudFlare's spam blocking service and yes, it is shown to users of certain regions and your country is on that list.  You just need to provide the correct captcha and you can see the form afterwards. This is designed to provide an extra security layer to your form. It is to prevent spam bots and other related threats that may be trying to harm your form.

One way to remove that is to use the form source codes: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form and host it to your own FTP server.  You can save the form source codes into a single HTML file, upload this HTML file to your own server. You can then embed it as an iFrame to your page. You can generate an iFrame here: http://7thspace.com/webmaster_tools/iframe_generator.html

iFrame URL should be the HTML file that was uploaded to your server. For example: http://www.my-domain.com/form-form.html

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any further questions regarding this matter.

    Thanks
