Having trouble with embedding my forms

Hi,

I have create two forms to be used on my website.  I have followed the directions in adding teh embeded HTML to my custom page.  For some reason, the form only half shows up.  I have included 2 screen shots to show you what I mean.  I also contacted Zenfolio to get their assistance and they recommended I reach out to you.

I suggest trying the iframe embed code and re-embed your forms on your website.
