Hi -- I sell a limited number of slots in a walking tour. Right now, I can be away from my computer and if 100 people sign up for my tour, I'm pretty much screwed. I want jotform to disable the form after a certain amount of submissions come through. Is that possible? If so, how?

Hello Fvizel,
Thanks for contacting us. Yes It's possible to achieve your requirements.
By limiting the submissions you can achieve your need, this way when it'll over the limited number of submissions, peoples will not be able to submit the form any more.
To do that just click on 'Setup & Embed'>>'Preferences'>>'Form limits' tab then set the submission limit of your form-
I hope the following guide will help you to know details about it-
https://www.jotform.com/help/137-How-to-Limit-Submissions-in-a-Form
If you have further question or concern, please feel free to tell us. Cheers!

That does not work. It only puts a limit on the number of submissions, not on the number of items sold. So I can have a max of 10 submissions, but if each submission has a request for 10 items, then I sell 100 of a product when I only have 10 available.
I need to be able to put a cap on the number sold of an item.

Hello fvizel,
If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to kind of manage your inventory. Is that correct?
Unfortunately we do not have such feature and managing inventory in payment question is not possible currently.
But it is still possible to achieve your requirement with a little workaround. You may like to take a look at our "Quantity Gift Registry" widget or "Gift Registry" widget which will allow you to set how many items/products you want to sell in your form.
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!
