I have the free account with 100 submissions. when does the submission count reset to 0?

In my understand, It's 100 submissions per month. Is that correct? We are testing jotforms as a solution and love it so far. I'm not sure waht will happen when/ if we reach the submission limit before we finish testing.

Yes your understanding is correct. In free account you can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure or 10 payment submissions. If any of the limits are reached all your forms will be disabled.

Please be noted that submission counters are reset to zero on the first day of every month.

But how do I know when the the number resets. I didn't see an indicator of where I am in the 30/31 day period.

Is there a way to look that up?

Is it by Calendar Month? (Back to zero on the 1rst of the month)?

Yes it is possible to check your Here are the steps you check your account usages:

1. Sign in to your JotForm account.

2. Click on the person looking icon on the top right corner of your screen. It will display you the small window where you will be able to see your account usages. Please click on the screenshot below:

3. Click on the "Account" link which will redirect you to your profile page.

4. Click on the "Usage" tab and you will be able to see the list of your account usages. Please check the screenshot below:
