Problems showing/seeing signature on submission?

I have a signature widget on one of our forms because it is vital that we have the person's signature, however when a form is submitted, it does not show the signature at all. Help! What do I do? Is this a common problem?

I cloned your form to test it and I was able to replicate your issue:

However when I download a PDF of the submission I am able to see the outline of the singiture:

The signature appears in the same color as the text of your form and display it on a white background.  The almost white text of your form causes it to appear not to show up.  When I change the text color to red for instance, this is how it shows up:

If at all possible, the easiest solution would be to darken your text a bit and the signature should show up fine.
