How to add my form to my website?

I'm very new to this and I just created a contract/model release for my clients.  How do I give this form to my clients?  Do I just put this link onto my website?

Do you want to embed the form in any web page / website or you want to simply share it with your client?

If you wan to embed your form in your web page, you need to grab the appropriate embed code of your form and embed it in your web page. The following guides should help you:

You need to grab your form's direct URL and send it to your client. Here are the steps to get your form's direct URL:

1. Select Setup & Embed tab

2. Click Embed Form:
