Accepting payments based on selections on form

Hello,

I am a little confused on how I can use paypal to accept payments. As I was going through the paypal integration tool it appears that I have to list the items I am selling. This doesn't seem like it will work for what I need.

This is what I am trying to do based on the selections in the form a price appears. I would like this price subject to any shipping or applicable taxes inserted into paypal so they can make their payment.   How can I do this.  I have a business pay pal account.
