    Good day,

I just received this message however none of my forms are secured so I am confused.

Can you be more specific?  Which form is secured?  I would like to change it.

    Thank you.

    Dear tshaver,

We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has almost reached 10 SSL submissions per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

    Hi,

The following forms from your account has a few number of submissions:

http://www.jotform.ca/form/41895029072256 (Starter Company Participant Activity Log )

    http://www.jotform.ca/form/41043632811242 (Starter Company Application 1 )

http://www.jotform.ca/form/40317890558259 (BACD Client Introduction Form )

We can't determine which form is using the Secure URL so we'd appreciate if you can give us the webpages where these forms are embedded so we can check.

To use the non-secure form URL, we advise to re-embed your form without checking the "Secure Form" box from the form embed wizard:

The second link is a draft page and I can't view it. Anyway, the form is not using the secure link. I would suggest to just re-embed the form and make sure to do not check the Secure Box as previously advised. I reduced your SSL limit to 5. If the issue persists, please let us know here so we can further check and let our developers know about it if needed. I think our developers should be able to track this.

    Thanks
