Thank you message cannot be seen unless user scrolls back to top

Product page is long and so the thank you message cannot be seen unless user scrolls back to the top.  I cannot use a custom URL.

I have tried a dozen or so of the fixes in the support pages with no fix.

I would still like to know how to work around this issue.  However, I was successful in making a Thank You page on our website and using a custom URL.  This is the most straightforward fix.

Back to top is already added to our form. It should work like that when embedding it using our default Javascript Method. However, the form was placed inside a frame in the Google Sites so this function is not working anymore since the frame has a different control. 

I would advise to use the Custom Thank You page instead.
