I have a form that has several "jobs" ( 20 ) but are not always filled in. users can vary from 3 to 20 jobs per day. i have a ( do you have any more jobs YES - NO ) with a condition in place to jump to the last page to submit. Thats all OK the problem is the reporting side of things.
I have a Notifier inplace on submission but i have the layout using my own layout on how the CEO wants to see things for ease of use, per say.
MY PROBLEM, if 4 of the 20 jobs are filed in, is there a way to set up the PDF to print 2 jobs per page and not print the job that were not filled in ( 16 )
additional reason, I also have another form along the same lines but only 4 job questions... is there a way to print 1 job per page with this style.. printed page can be placed in a folder for future use.

Hi,
You can omit unfilled data from email submissionsby following this guide:
http://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts
And here is a discussion on hiding empty fields from submissions and emails:
Unfortunately you would then need to manually alter the PDF of the submissions to separate the data from each section.
Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.
Thank you for using Jotform!
