"Post this to Facebook" button

What about taking the html code that addthis generates for you, based on how you want the addthis to appear on your page, and then putting that html code inside a basic 'Text' box by hitting the html button on the bottom right corner of that 'field'? Could that work? I'm trying it. Addthis says it sometimes takes up to an hour for it to work. I sure hope it works! Then I can have my women prospects share my form here bit.ly/pnwclinic

Can you please clarify if what you were looking for is the option to post the form response in your Facebook Status page?

This is not yet possible in the form, but I can submit a feature request to our higher team support once you confirm that this is actually the feature you were looking for.
