Condition not working properly when editing a submission

I have a condition set up on this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40442582148958 that hides the remainder of the form if a particular option is selected and a field contains certain information. This works when completing the form but it seems to be appling the condition when I click on the edit submission link in the email even though none of the conditionals have been met.

Can you give an example on which part the condition is not working when clicking on edit link in your notification?

I cloned and tested your form and conditions work's fine on my end. What browser were you using when the conditions are not working?
