I lost a submission

I accidentally deleted a submission. Is there a way to recover? The person filling in the form wanted to have the data transmit and pay later via check. I cannot find a delete folder where this information would have been saved. 

I do not work for jotform, but my outside opinion here is that when you delete a submission, it is clearly marked, "Be careful, this process cannot be undone."

However, I see a notification alert has been set to your form which enables to receive an email with the submission contents. You may check for this information in your email.
