I want to shut down registration for a form without deleting it. You'll see I changed my opening sentence to say we are no longer accepting volunteers but someone may not read this and proceed to fill out the form.

Whats the best way to handle this?

    Hi,

You could always just disable the form:

If you would like the form to remain active but not accept and new submissions, you could create a conditional field that the user will never be able to meet the conditions of, and use this field to hide the submit button:

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
