How can I view those people who have signed-up to become a member or our site?

    We have a Member/Registration Form page where people can sign up but we are unable to view the people who have registered. When we click on the "inbox" image it says we have to log in to JotForm and when we do we still can't find the form (it doesn't seem to exist). You can see this two issues from the screenshot I've uploaded below.

    I see that you are experiencing issues to access your forms. I am able to see that there forms in your account. This seems to be a caching issue on your pc. Please follow the steps provided in the document provided below to clear the form :

    How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache 

    To clear the browser cache, please follow the steps provided in http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache (Please copy and paste the URL in a new tab or window)

    Now, please login to your account and you should be able to see your forms. If the issue still persists, please get back to us. We are happy to assist you further.

    After logging into your account, How-to-view-Submissions should be helpful to if you want to view the the people who have registered. If you have any other questions, please reply to this post for further assistance.
