How to integrate a thank you email with file

I want to create form, that upon fulfilment, I want to sent an auto email with file or at least download link. However it is important that its sent by mail. 

You can send auto responder to the form submitter by Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder. You can customize the email by adding download link.
