I ask a question in my form and have radio buttons for the answers. How do I change the setup to a to allow multiple selections?

Currently the system only allows a single shift. I want my clients to be able to select as many shifts as they want.

Radio buttons only allow one selection, however check boxes will allow as many as you would like.  You can even setup a minimum or maximum number they can select:
