Yes, the form Email Notifications are completely manageable. You can have different Email Settings on your forms.
Please follow the next guide to find out and how to locate and change the form email recipient address:

Note, that a 'Test Email' button is being attached to the mail account email. In other words, you will need to submit the form to test it with real recipients.
