Form submissions going into spam

Our form submissions are going into our spam folders. What can I do to prevent this from happening?

This includes which addresses to white list and which domains to whitelist in your spam filter.  Also, many email clients have an option to treat emails that arrive in the spam box as regular mail in the future.
