You'll just have to create a new List fields in your mailchimp settings in this way you are creating a custom field.

    Here's how:

    1. Login to your mailchimp account and go to Lists.

You should now be able to map the custom field that you have created in your List fields.

When I checked your form your address field is mapped successfully with your mailchimp custom address field.

That's a bit confusing for me.  Let's focus on the "Full Name" field coming from Quick Tools.  In Mailchimp, how do I combine First Name and Last Name into a Merge Field called Full Name?

Edit:  Sorry, I thought I was replying to Jonathan on a ticket I submitted with a similar question.  I'll post this as a response to my original question too.

I see that you have already replied to the other thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/614072 and thank you for the update.

Since we are already assisting you on that thread, I will not move this one to a new thread so that everything is there in one location.
