How can I show and repeat groups of fields based on multiple chosen values?

Hi!

I'd like to show a group of fields based on multiple values. 

For example: a person wish to send me their answers in more than one language. They would pick the languages from a multiple choice drop-down list, and then I would show a certan group of fields multiple times for each language he chose. 

For example, he chooses English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Then, I'd show him 3 groups of Color, Description and Website fields so he can fill them in with each language separately.

Can I do such thing on JotForm?
