Hello,
This form that I created works 95% correctly. Only this field named KONTAKT MOBITEL (mobile phone number) always stays empty. No matter if it's filled by a user or not, in my email, I never see an actual phone number but an empty field - because it always stays empty. Please advise.
Best regards
Kris Jay

Hello Kris,
I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have wrong field name there for KONTAKT MOBITEL. It is mentioned as "{kontaktTelefon}" but it should be "{kontaktMobitel}". Please check the screenshot below:
It seems you must have edited your email alert template and then added/removed the KONTAKT MOBITEL field. Please be noted that if you edit your email alert, it becomes dirty. After that if you make any changes to your form it will not reflect the changes in your email alert.
To solve this problem, I would suggest you to delete the existing email alert you have in your form and add a new one. A new email alert will always display all the form fields. The following guide should help you:
Delete Email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder
Add new email alert: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!
