Submission payments showed up in incomplete payment inbox

Payments made today do not show up in PayPal as PAID. They show up on Google Spreadsheet and they showed up on JotForm as incomplete submissions.  I selected Complete Submissions, but still appears unpaid in Paypal

Manually completing an 'Incomplete submissions' does not complete a payment. Incomplete submission could mean that your user did not complete the submission process or just closed the browser just like in other online stores where user adds items to cart, but won't complete the process.

You need to contact the user to complete the payment process again. I would also suggest that you check if your PayPal IPN is enabled.
