Allow automatic Upgrade of subscription plan

Is there any chance that you could automatically charge the $10 upgrade plan cost if more submissions are made (or enable that as an option) I'd think most users would prefer for their forms not to break, and would gladly pay as their need increases. I have several sites that hover on the range of 100 submissions per month, sometimes much lower, and sometimes a little higher. It would be difficult to manage plans for each of them on a monthly basis based on the current number of submissions.

Our system will not automatically upgrade your account if it goes beyond the limit. However, you'll get a warning message prior to maxing out. This way you can go ahead and make the upgrade.

Another solution would be to purchase a yearly subscription in order to avoid doing this in a monthly basis.
