How can we get form submissions by e-mail again?

    Hi,
    We've been using JotForm for a few years now. A few months ago the forms stopped coming. I can see them if I log into the account, but we no longer receive form submission e-mails.
    Additionally,when I go to the form builder page at JotMail, then email alerts and send a test email, I receive that email, but not the if submitted at our website.

    Hi,

    I checked your forms email notification settings and it appears the sender email has been left blank:

    I went ahead and changed this to the default of "noreply@jotform.com" and you should once again receive your email notifications.  Please let us know if you still do not and we will be happy to look into this further.

    Thank you for the partial fix.  One of the two forms are working and forwarding the notifications, but not both.  I attempted to check notification settings, but was unable to find the path through "settings" or any other way.

    Hi,

    Here is our guide on how to setup email notifications:

    In the form builder, click on "Email Alerts" in the "Setup and Embed" tab to bring up your notifications.  If you are still unable to set these up yourself, let us know and we will be happy to adjust them for you.
