iPhone app login issue

    I can't log in with my credentials on the iPhone app. I checked my password and user name here on the website and its good.

    Hi Freebot.

    Please make sure you are connected to the internet when you try to login. There is an issue that the user will receive the wrong alert message if he isn't connected to internet. Please let me know if you are still having problems.

    There is also a chance that the issue is related to the authentication method that we use. At this time, we do not support login with account email address on the iOS App. Please try to login with your freebot JotForm username, in case you have not tried it yet.
