A mysterious word "undefined" appears at the top of forms on two pages. There was no problem yesterday. I cannot figure out why it is there or how to get rid of it. I notice that there are three Forum inquiries today about the same thing.

It does not appear on a third page:

Do you have any ideas? Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Looks like others are as well. Hopefully we'll get some feedback on what's going on so we can get it resolved. Not good.

Hi,
We have applied the fix for this issue and it should be remedied in a few minutes. If you still see the "undefined" message in your forms, please clear your forms cache and that should load the new code:

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for using JotForm!
