Disable a form

If I disable a form will that stop submissions? And is there a way to schedule the forms to disable at a certain time, or do I need to manually disable each one

Yes if you disable a form, the form will no longer be accessible for users to fill in. 

You can setup a date (yyyy-mm-dd) for the form to be disabled or you can setup a maximum number of submissions that the form can receive until it gets disabled:

You need to do this in each form you wish to disable.
