I have cleared upload space, please don't disable my forms

I got en email saying "You have currently reached the limits of your account. Your forms will be disabled Monday at 12pm EST. Free accounts are limited to 100.00 MB of upload space." 

But I have deleted all my submissions. 

Can you please don't delete my forms since I cleared the upload space?

I see that the upload space is reset to '0' now. Since the upload space is clear, the forms should not be disabled.
