I set up a form to show some numbers added together.

It works in preview on JotForm.com and it works on my site with Chrome but not FireFox.

I embedded the Java test widget and java is good.

    What am I missing? Thanks.

This is a hosted WordPress site.

I have access to all file structure but not OS.

    My form ID is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42414254650145

    Hi Manuel,

I checked your test WP website  and can actually used the form using Firefox browser.

But indeed there can be possible issue that can occur because the javascript embed code used can cause script conflict within the website.

I suggest you used the better embed method -- that is using the

    JotForm Wordpress Embed App.

Please try the WP embed app and checked again.

Kindly inform us if issue remains.

    Thanks.

    The plugin for Wordpress worked.

    Strange.

It always works in the Preview on Jotform even in Firefox.

And it never worked in I.E or FireFox on any machine I have (Windows or Linux)

    Thanks

I would have indicated yes but as I proceeded to develop the form further, It still does not behave on Firefox.

Once I got the form calculation to work I removed the sliders I would not be using and proceeded to build out the form. I have also added Form Collapse's and they do not work on FireFox either.

Preview of the form (with or without Form Collapse) on the JotForm site in Firefox works but not on my live site as embedded.

I did create the new Business Maturity Level page for the form and used the JotForm plugin as indicated to embed the form.

The current iteration of he form: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42414254650145

    The site page: http://www.manuelpalachuk.com/resource-center/business-maturity-level

Seems OK on Chorme, IE bit not Firefox. And that is Linux or Windows.

I will try to test on another WP site asap and post results.

I also have a No Form Collapse version of the form here: http://www.manuelpalachuk.com/test

    That test form is: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=42426626172150

Let me know If I should start a new/separate thread for the Form Collapse

    Thanks!
