How to cancel (end subscription) jot form

    Hi,

    I used Jot form only for one month in Jul however next month in August (1st August) automatically $ 9.19 deducted from my credit card. I am not able to find how to cancel the subscription.

    Please refund my August month subscription value and cancel it for further deduction.

    Hello Mukesh,

    Please be noted that JotForm is a subscription service and your subscription remains active until you cancel your subscription yourself. It's user's solely responsibility to decide when to cancel or request refunds to the earliest convenience.

    Upon checking your account "Wonka", I found that it is still a free account. I did try to trace your paid account, and I found that you have one more account "ashishpcsquad" with email address "cccreed**@gmail.com" for which you made the subscription payment.

    For security reasons, please sign in to your JotForm premium account and send us a message. We will cancel your subscription. You can cancel the premium subscription yourself as well. Please check the screenshot below on how to cancel your subscription:

    Please be noted that we only have a 30 days cancellation policy. We will not be able to refund your subscription payment of "August 1, 2014" but we will help you cancel your subscription.
