Migrate from previous year.

I have a tennis club membership that renews annually on 30 September each year. The database has about 95 members.

I want to block delete 89 members (the others are life members) from the previous subscription year so I have an almost blank database to begin the new year.

I could clone the form for the new subscription year but then I lose details of those members I want to retain.

Do you want to move a form from another account to this account (Garpet)? If yes, please let us know what the form direct link is. In order to get it, once you are on the edit mode:

a. Click on Set&Embed

b. Click on Embed Form

c. Copy the direct link

Hi there,

If you would like to keep the form as is and delete all but 6 submissions, you can do it by going into the submissions page of the form and deleting them manually. (hold shift + click in the submissions page to select multiple)

However, if your form is not that long, it can be easier to just submit those 6 in a new form.
