Credit Card Payments without signing in to Paypal

Is it possible to allow form users to pay via credit card via PayPal without having to sign up to PayPal ?

They offer a similar service on eBay whereby the users don't actually have to sign up to PayPal to pay via credit card.

That's possible with Paypal Pro. Users can pay using credit card straight from your form without logging in to Paypal.

I have the paypal pro on our website however it error's out for users if they try and pay via credit card.  This option doesn't work.
