    Hi,

I am just wondering if you are able to do header/footer like the ones in the Microsoft Word where you insert once it will appear to all pages. I have forms with more than 1 page. It is just great to let the user know where are they and how many pages left they have to go through. Any suggestions or comments are welcome. Thanks in advance.

You can use the Heading or Text fields from Form tools for adding header/footer on the form.

However, if the form is having more than one page you need to duplicate these fields on each page.

We have Progress Bar widget that keeps tracking the completion status. You can give it a try from the following link.

I am not sure if this helps you, but we have another widget to display pages as tabs.

Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
