Technical questions on JotForm Solve360 integration

We are hoping to integrate our forms with a program called Solve360, which will consolidate all our data into one place.  The people we will pay to do this for us are unsure if these two programs will work together, and they really, really need to talk to someone on the phone, to get some technical questions answered.  If we are unable to get these questions answered, we will have to cancel our JotForm service, in order to build forms that definitely WILL integrate with our program.

First, I would like to inform you that we currently do not have over-the-phone support. So, we will not be able to support you via phone.

I suggest that you just post your question here in our support forum and we will make sure to attend to it immediately.
