Jotform login/home page issue

    Hello,

Since 9/16, I have been unable to access the home page or jotform login page to manage my forms. For some reason, however, I can access some pages, like Jotform Status (which displays "No Data"), Contact Us, and obviously the forums. Even on the pages where I can see the correct page styling, clicking the "Login" option at the top of the page breaks the page.

Attached is a screenshot of what I see on the home page, which again does nothing when I attempt to use the login forms. I get the same result in every browser, IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

We are truly sorry to hear that. It might be a problem with the CDN specific to your area since we do not have encountered any issues similar to that. Have you also tried switching to a different internet service provider (ISP)? It could also be that your ISP is blocking files from Jotform.

Can you open link CSS stylesheet? http://max.jotfor.ms/static/indexCss.css?3.2.3693

Did it load on your browser? That is I think or there are probably more files that are blocked on your side. Try checking it with your ISP. You can also provide the links to them specially those links that are shown on your browser console logs as error (press ctrl + shift + c to open browser console while at the Jotform homepage).

Let us know what your findings are. Thank you!
