    Hello,

I hope that you can help?

I thought I had 100 submissions for free which is more than I need, but I have an email to say I am nearly at my limit of having 10SSL per month?

I have not had this message before and unsure what it means? I don't really want to increase and go premium as before the 100 per month was excellent and more than what I need.

Please can you advise what SSL is and how I can just simply receive my 100 submissions per month rather than 10 for free?

    Many thanks and best wishes,

    Sarah

    Hi Sarah,

Free account is limited to 100 non-SSL submissions, 10 SSL submissions, 10 Payment submissions and 100MB of File Storage. If you reach any of these limits, your forms will be temporarily disabled until the next monthly reset which is scheduled every first day of each month OR until you upgrade your account.

SSL means, Secure Socket Layer. Enabling this to your form creates additional security between your form submitters and our servers. The data submitted to an SSL form are encrypted. Enabling SSL means you are securing your form.

If you want to take advantage of the 100 non-SSL submissions per month, just simply re-embed your form without checking the secure box in the form embed wizard:

Or make sure that your form URL don't start with https://secure or https://www.

    Thank you!
