Is there some webpage where I can see the tickets I have submitted and their status?

    Hi,

I am not sure which 'tickets' you were referring to.

But if you were looking for the usage status of your account/username  GErickson

then, you can check it in your Account Monthly View usage page

    http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

As you can see at this time, you had already exceeded the maximum SSL submission limits for FREE subscriber.

As is now, your jotforms are no longer able to received submissions since your account is in Overlimit status.

The option to take at this time is to opt for the next higher plan. You can check the JotForm Pricing page for your preference.

    OR

Wait for the next month when the account auto resets occur and your submission counts are reset again.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!

I'm not asking about my forms, but my support tickets, i.e., communications with JotForm customer service, at Support > Contact Us, on the "Contact JotForm Support" page, when I select "Keep this question private" at the bottom.

Thank you for clarifying that, and I apologize for the confusion.

You can click on this link  http://www.jotform.com/answers/asked.php  to view all your posted question on your support forum. You will be able to know the 'status' base on latest response from support.

Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

Thank you. However, the page at that link doesn't show a "private" question I submitted on 2 Sept. Have private questions been getting lost?

    Hi,

We have several systems that should ensure that there is no loss of data, but as with everything there is a slight possibility that something like that might have happened. I think that I know what you are referring to and I remember Suzan asking about transferring your forms to her account - for which we needed the confirmation from your side..

If she made this question, you might have seen it using her account, but can not see it using your account as soon as it got marked as private.

We have however responded to your other query regarding the forms.

I hope this gives you at least some information.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
