Cannot see the field added on the form

    2. We added a preferred callback time field on the form. However even the call centre staff put the field in, we cannot see the field from our end. Can you please help.

    I am able to see the field from my end. Can you please check your form using this URL if you are able to see the 'Preferred Callback Time' field http://www.jotform.co/form/41910482405853.
