More than 100 submissions

    Dear,

    At the moment I have a free account, in case more than 100 submissions are entered. Will the form be disabled or will the data get lost? Or do I just have to upgrade my account to get access to the submissions that are over 100?

    Hello OlivierPaulus,

    In JotForm free plan, you can receive up to 100 non secure submissions. You can have any number of forms in your account. If your submission limit is reached, all your forms will be disabled and form submission will no be possible. You will have to upgrade your account or wait for the next month to submission counter reset.

    What do you mean with non secure submissions?

    We allow customers to embed their forms using our SSL servers in order to get encrypted data through secure submissions. This means the information that flows between two points is encrypted to prevent snooping by a 3rd party. Free accounts are limited to 10 secure submissions per month. If you embed your form using non secure form embed URL, you will receive non secure submissions.
