I would like a form to open when a person first loads the page.  This is to offer a discount if they give us their email address.  How can I do that?

    Hi,

    Here's a guide for that. http://www.jotform.com/help/203-How-to-Auto-popup-a-Lightbox-Form

If you want it to load on the first visit only, here's a workaround: http://www.jotform.com/help/140-Using-Cookies-to-Auto-Open-a-Lightbox-Form-Per-Browser-Session

    Cheers!

Hi, The solution provided for the once per session is not working for me.  I have sent several emails without a reply.  Can you please help.

Unfortunately, we didn't receive the attachment since your response above is empty.

Looking at your email which was found I can see we a last response was on October 6th and we do apologize about the delayed response since we have been rather busy. We will do our best to help get this problem sorted out for you.

The recommendation that Elton had made per our guide should work to automatically pop it up. If it's not working then most likely there is a conflict of some sort that is probably causing it not to work properly.

Have you changed anything in the code other than what is mentioned in the guide?

Do you already have it embedded on a website if at all? Or are you trying to use the direct link?

If it's embedded then can you please share with us a link to it so we can take a look at it further.
