Can you get the PDF Submissions link (url) on Google Spreadsheet integration?

Do you mean to ask that the PDF submission link can be integrated into Google spreadsheet? If so, unfortunately it is not possible. The Google Spreadsheet integration captures the form fields data only and no additional columns are placed other than submission ID and submission date and IP.

The submissions can be downloaded into PDF file separately from the submissions view by following the guide Download Form submissions as Excel-CSV-PDF.
