How do I make sure I get the refund when I cancel within the first 30 days?

    I accidentally upgraded a sub account when i should have upgraded the main account.  I've down graded my sub account but does it need to be "canceled" so I get my refund?

    Hi,

    If it is within the 30-days, yes it is guaranteed to be refunded the full amount.

    Please tell use the "sub-account" account/username so we can check.

    tarondr is the sub account and courtsidecenter is the main account

    Hi,

    I have now completed the cancellation and downgraded to FREE your subscription account/username tarondr 

    I have also submitted a request of full refund for the payment charges. The refund amount should reflect in your bank account after 2 weeks at the least.

    Please inform us if there are further concern.
