How do the monthly upgrades work

If I do the monthly upgrade let's say tomorrow, will it be good only for the month of October or will it expire on the 16th November? and if so, how many form can I receive in November? up to 1.000 the first 15 days and then no more than 100 the remaining 15 days? 

I am confused, can you explain how the monthly upgrade works?

Hi Roby,

Once you upgrade to a new account subscribing for 1 month, you are then on the subscribed package for exactly one month from that day.

For example if you upgrade tomorrow, then your account would get reset to 0 tomorrow and 1 month from tomorrow once again. Now I will try to answer each question individually as well to make sure we cover everything.

Exactly 1 month after the upgrade so in this case it would then be 16th of November.

There is no limit on the number of forms that you can create or clone in any of the accounts. Now I presume that you mean how many submissions you can receive which would be 1000 of any kind if you upgrade to premium account. You can see the limits of each on our pricing page.

You can use up to 1.000 until 16th of the month, the fact that the actual month (October->November) had changed does not impact your account in any manner.
