Form over Quota

Hello! This form that I have created is not working because it says I am over the quota.

I urgently need this form to be able to take submissions immediately. Is there a workaround solution? If I delete submissions will it free up some space and take more submissions? I have deleted some but not sure if it is helping.

Also, if I look at upgrading my account, how long will it take to upgrade? Will I be able to start accepting submissions again instantly?

Would appreciate if you would be able to help me as soon as you can.

Hello,

I’ve checked your account and the reason why you’ve received the over quota alert is that you have passed the 100 monthly submissions limit for the free account.

If you need to increase this limit, you need to upgrade your account into a paid one.

If you’re interested on upgrading your account, you just need to click on the Upgrade Now button that’s located under the Create Form button.

And select a plan, when you upgrade your account your monthly submission limit will be increased accordingly.
