Lead is not fed into my RealtyJuggler CRM database using the email feed

 and the lead is not fed into my CRM data base using the email feed I was provided by them? Below is the CRM instructions and email 

Do you already have a Web Form that is feeding you leads via email? If so, send these leads to the below email address. 
RealtyJuggler will create a new Prospect record for you and send you an immediate notification via email.

Please try to add your own email address using Mandrill SMTP: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address. I haven't tried this CRM service, but I guess doing this method would help.

-I think a few users are doing the same method on other CRM providers. I just can't find one for your reference.

-I would also like to ask how the data from the form will be captured as a lead to RealtyJuggler CRM. Is that, when someone submits to the form, the sender email or the data from the form will be processed to their end? And if an email address is found, that will be recorded as a lead? Would you mind letting us know about this? I'd like to make sure that Mandrill SMTP method would really help you fix the problem. Otherwise, we need to find a way or make our own test.

I believe I'm getting closer. It turns out Realty Juggler blocked the information from the form submission because it did not follow the rules. I got this email from them.

You have a new RealtyJuggler prospect from either your eMail feed or Contact-Me Form.  

This Prospect was NOT added to your RealtyJuggler Prospects database. 
Unable to find Email or Phone Number.

they are referencing the fact that the email entry is referred to as (your best email) 

I believe it has to be coded as simply Email to be transfered. The following is what they told me to reference.

You can send an eMail to RealtyJuggler and have a new Prospect record automatically created based upon the contents of that eMail. This is a perfect way to feed leads from your IDX or any other web site that already has a Contact Me form. Go to: Main:Settings:eMail Feed for details on the exact eMail address you should send your leads to. Each RealtyJuggler account has a unique eMail address, allowing to easily feed leads to your account.

If your Email contains a vCard file attachment, we will use that information.

If no vCard is included, then the subject and body of the eMail will be parsed for key information such as name, phone number and Email address. The list of the field names that RealtyJuggler looks for are listed below:

First Name: First Name Last Name: Last Name Name: If first and last name are combined, use this field name. I simply changed the form to read Email: instead of Your Best Email: and it worked!!! without a proper email format that Realty juggler requires it would not transfer the information submitted.
