Email notifications: Some data seems to be missing

Hello, I filled out a form and when it was submitted some of the detailed information was not submitted.  I am submitting a screenshot to show that the the data was entered and a screenshot of the form received yet the info was not submitted.  What makes this happen and how can I be sure it doesn't happen again?

Update:  Well this system won't let me attach two screenshots so I'll have to create two threads for this one question.

    Thanks Julie

PS:  I've had to write and post this question 5x because when I hit submit...nothing happens and my post is not there.

    Hi Julie,

I am sorry to hear that you had issues uploading screenshots, I have transferred the other screenshot here and will remove the other threads on this same issue to avoid any possible confusion and in order to have everything in one place.

In future, you can follow this guide in order to attach screenshots to the answers.

Now, I took a look at your jotform and there are no submissions data missing. Please take a look at your submissions.

On the other hand the second screenshot is showing the email notification so I am wondering if your email notifier has been updated when you had changed your jotform and correct fields are set for the required information?

Please note that notifiers do not get updated automatically after you have changed it, so any new fields should be updated manually.

What I would suggest is to send a test email to see if everything is being sent to you and then let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

The cell phone number that was entered in the Cell Phone field is not on the submitted form

Please re-review this issue.  "Now, I took a look at your jotform and there are no submissions data missing. "  There are missing data.

I added fields:  "Home Phone", "Work or Alternative Phone" and they are not on the submitted form either.  I changed the "Primary Phone Number" field to "What number can you be reached at while you're away?" but it still says "Primary Phone Number" in the submitted form.  The form submitted does not represent what the is in the actual form.  Every other time I've changed my form in the past, the submitted form reflects the changes.  This time it did not.  I'm glad I took a screen shot of the cell phone number because I need that information.

What does the email notifyer have to do with anything?  That part of the answer was confusing to me as I thought my questions related to fields and data not on the submitted form.

Thanks for the instructions to add more than one screen shot and organizing my thread :)

Thank you very much!  I appreciate your assistance.

PS:  I sent a test email and all the fields are correct.  I"m not sure why the form in question does not have the correct field data.

    Hello Julie,

Let me inform you that the new fields added to the JotForm cannot update notifier automatically. Since you are using the default notifier format, I request you to remove the existing notifier and add a new one to resolve the issue.

Please follow the steps provided in our guide to add a new notifier http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications?

To remove the notifier, please follow the steps below :

    1. Click on Setup & Embed and then Email Alerts

    2. Click on X on the respective notifier to remove it

Please test the form now and let us know if you need further assistance. We will be happy to assist you.

    Thank you.
